iPod Touch 5th Gen - missing contacts Icon

Hi,

I just got a new iPod Touch 5th generation and it is running iOS 8.1.1

I cannot for the life of me figure out what happened to my Contacts Icon or if it was there to begin with?

I have read on these forums to look in my "Utilities" folder/icon.....well....shockingly enough.....it's missing too!

Any ideas????

I have read that I can just restore the factory home screen settings.....but before doing that as I have a bunch of apps I have shared through iCloud from my iPad that I don't want to lose or have to go through the whole reload/reorganize process.

The odd thing is as this iPod is brand new....I am 99.99% sure that the Contacts and Utilities icons were never visible?
